# Data Analyst

Were looking for a Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer to join our team. Youll play a key role in helping us turn raw data into actionable insights and robust data products. What Youll Do: Design develop and maintain our data pipelines and ETL processes. Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide them with the data and insights they require. Create dynamic and insightful dashboards using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct deep-dive analysis using Python or R to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role. Mid-to-advanced SQL skills are a must. Hands-on experience with data analysis libraries in Python (e.g. Pandas NumPy) or R. Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. A solid understanding of data privacy data warehousing and ETL principles. A solid grasp of basic statistical concepts (e.g. hypothesis testing regression).
