Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to promote O7 Therapys employee wellbeing programs. Identify potential clients and convert opportunities into successful partnerships. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our suite of services including psychometric assessments therapy sessions workshops and wellbeing programs. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns promptly. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth. Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and advancements in mental health solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management preferably in the healthcare wellness or service industry. Fluent in English. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build lasting relationships. Strong negotiation presentation and problemsolving skills.
