You’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, growing while making a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do for us\nParticipate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercare\n\nCreate a detailed project plan and align all stakeholders on the jointly developed project plan, milestones, and timelines\n\nTrack plan vs. actuals and document the reasons for any deviations. Develop action plan to mitigate any delays.\n\nProvide detailed project status to all stakeholders on the agreed upon cadence\n\nDocument vacation schedules for all team members\n\nApprove all timesheets and invoices in a timely manner\n\nComplete any project management and administration tasks required by the client\n\nEnsure each team members knows the tasks and deliverables they have to work on\n\nDocument any risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans\n\nMaintain a detailed issue log with appropriate ETA, ownership and resolution\n\nProvide necessary knowledge transition and documentation to o9 support team post go-live\n\nContinually engage with the customers to manage priorities and expectations\n\nEnsure timely communication with regards to any project or personnel concerns.\n\nWhat you’ll have\nExperience: 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning Project Management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master degree.\nSkills:\nKnowledge of supply chain solutions.\n\nPMP certification is a plus\n\nStrong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts is a must\n\nKnowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.), spreadsheet\n\n(Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs),\n\npresentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required\n\nStrong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration are required\n\nAbility to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones\n\nThis position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $127,345-$175,099.
