The role involves designing and implementing data ingestion and transformation pipelines, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring seamless data integration across multiple systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvanced Execution & Data Management\nManage and execute complex project tasks related todata ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing.\n\nReview and analyze data provided by customers, understanding itstechnical and functional intent along with dependencies.\n\nWork closely with functional teams to understandend-to-end data flows and integration requirements.\n\nData Integration & Pipeline Development\nBuild and maintaindata ingestion and egress pipelines capable of handlinglarge volumes of data.\n\nDevelopdata transformation functions using technologies such asPython, PySpark, SQL, and SSIS.\n\nIntegrate data from various sources includingTeradata, SAP ERP, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, ODBC connectors, and flat files usingAPI or batch integrations.\n\nProduction Deployment & Hypercare\nSupportproduction deployment activities.\n\nAssist inissue triaging, testing, and root cause analysis.\n\nResolvebatch automation disruptions in a timely manner to ensurecustomer SLA compliance and accurate data delivery.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nProvidetechnical guidance to junior consultants and review their code to ensure alignment withbest practices and quality standards.\n\nFollow and promoteo9 ways of working and industry standards for efficient project execution.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of experience inData Architecture, Data Engineering, or related fields.\n\nStrong experience indata modelling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.\n\nHands-on experience with:\nPython\n\nPySpark\n\nSQL\n\nExperience with workflow management tools such asAirflow and SSIS.\n\nExperience working withParquet, JSON, RESTful APIs, HDFS, Delta Lake, and query frameworks such asHive and Presto.\n\nStrongSQL expertise, including query writing and working with relational databases.\n\nExperience withversion control platforms such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.\n\nFamiliarity withAgile development methodologies.\n\nStrongproblem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindset.\n\nExcellentverbal and written communication skills.\n\nGood to Have\nHands-on experience withDelta Lake.\n\nExperience working withSupply Chain Planning applications.\n\nExposure tocloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nMore about us…\nAt o9, transparency and open communication are at the core of our culture.
