You’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, growing while making a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do for us\nLead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to deployment of o9’s solutions to customers across industries and geographies.\n\nEffectively map the business requirements into o9’s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprint.\n\nLead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependencies.\n\nWork with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process.\n\nWork with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process.\n\nDiligently help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.\n\nSupport customer demonstrations.\n\nBe a mentor and guide to junior members.\n\nWhat you’ll have\nExperience: 7+ years of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST.\n\nEducation: Master’s Degree. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering)\n\nSkills:\nStatistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R,SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.\n\nDeep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.\n\nKnowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirable.\n\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.\n\nExperience in a planning solution deployment w.r.t to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value delivery.\n\nExperience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones.\n\nMore about us…\nAt o9, transparency and open communication are at the core of our culture.
