You’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, growing while making a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do for us\nParticipate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.\nIdentify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others.\nAbility to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure.\nWork closely with Architects and Directors to develop clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.\nConfigure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.\nUse mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management.\nBe proficient in statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) and create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans\nWork with Internal Research and Development Teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment\nCreate and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases and document issues and track progress at resolving issues.\nAbility to design a testing protocol and implement with support from Junior Analysts, with the end goal of automating testing.\nWork with Cross-Functional Teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.\nPlan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.\nMentor Junior Analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project.\nWhat you’ll have\nExperience:Implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics organization.\n\nExperience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner\n\nPrior experience in planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools\n\nFirsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization\n\nExperience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations\n\nEducation: Master’s Degree +4 or Bachelor Degree with 6 year experience required.
