You will be expected to work independently, influence across teams, and deliver high-impact outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nWhat You Should Have:\n10+ years of experience, with 5+ years inimplementing analytics solutions.\n\nDeep understanding ofsupply chain planning and analytics functions- supply chain KPIs, demand/supply planning, S&OP, procurement, logistics, inventory optimization.\n\nDemonstrated success in delivering supply chain assessments across Manufacturing and retail industries.\n\nExperienced with software implementations playing a solution architect role for supply chain analytics/planning applications and/or experience leading product build for supply chain applications.\n\nFamiliarity with supply chain planning & analytics tools/platforms likeo9, SAP, Databricks, Tableau, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplanor similar.\n\nExperience working withdata teamswith deep understanding of predictive models, scenario analysis, and optimization techniques.\n\nAbility to define and tracksupply chain KPIs for different industriesincluding forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead time reduction, etc.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and ability todrive alignmentacross global, cross-functional teams.\n\nProficiency inAgile product development, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and iterative roadmap planning.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to both technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nVery strong analytical skills\n\nEducational background inEngineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, orMBA/MS in Business/Analytics.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nDefine and own theproduct strategy and roadmapfor supply chain analytics solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX tobuild high-impact analytics featuresthat solve real-world supply chain problems.\n\nEngage with enterprise customers and internal users tocapture needs, validate concepts, and prioritize use cases.\n\nTranslate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven product specifications and user stories.\n\nDrive delivery through sprints; ensure outcomes align with business goals and user expectations.\n\nDefine and monitor product success using clearperformance metricsand user feedback loops.\n\nAct as thevoice of the customerand advocate for analytics as a core capability within the supply chain suite.\n\nMentor and guide junior PMs, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.\n\nMore about us…\nAt o9, transparency and open communication are at the core of our culture.
