You’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, growing while making a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do for us\nTimely response and resolution of batch automation disruptions, in order to meet customer SLA’s with accurate and on-time results\n\nValidating, synthesizing, transforming customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration, and analytics using tools like SQL/SSIS/Excel.\n\nReview and analyze the data provided by the customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies.\n\nEnsure smooth operations of o9s cloud-based solution\n\nSupport continuous integration and continuous delivery processes\n\nCollect, monitor and analyze systems performance data for improved performance\n\nCreate automated tasks with shell scripts (bash, PowerShell, python)\n\nUnderstand the o9 platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases.\n\nParticipate in the technical design, data requirements gathering, making recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data.\n\nFine-tune performance at various levels; automate manual processes; establish checks and balances for sustained value delivery.\n\nCreate and execute integration test-cases. Work on bugs/issues and track the progress of resolving issues using support tools.\n\nWhat you’ll have\nExperience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in lieu of above will accept a Master’s\n\nDegree + 3 years’ experience. 2+ years of hands -on experience in SQL and leveraging ETL tools like SSIS for data transformation and prior experience in the Supply Chain domain is a MUST.\n\nExperience with planning applications like SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA, etc preferred.\n\nExperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AZURE, Google Cloud Infrastructures preferred.\n\nEducation: Bachelor of Science, or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
