This role is not about training or fine-tuning models. It is about orchestrating, deploying, governing, and operationalizing LLM-powered systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise workflows.\n\nYou will define how Agentic AI capabilities are built, evaluated, secured, and scaled across the organization.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nArchitect & Build AI Automation Solutions\n\nDesign and implement AI-driven automation workflows leveraging large language models available through Azure AI Foundry and Azure ML model catalog\nBuild agent-based systems using modern orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)\nImplement tool-using agents, RAG pipelines, and structured function-calling patterns\nDesign robust integration layers for enterprise systems (APIs, databases, workflow platforms)\nEstablish reusable architectural patterns for AI-powered automation\n\n Productionize LLM Systems\n\nDeploy and manage production LLM-powered applications on Azure\nImplement CI/CD practices for AI services\nContainerize services using Docker (Kubernetes preferred but not required)\nEnsure appropriate logging, monitoring, and operational reliability\n\n Evaluation & Reliability\n\nImplement practical evaluation and testing approaches to ensure quality and consistency of AI outputs\nMonitor performance and iterate based on real-world usage\n\n Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\nPartner with RPA engineers to embed intelligent decision layers into automation processes\nCollaborate with AI/Data Science teams to integrate existing models\nWork with IT and Security teams to align with enterprise standards\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or MLOps roles\nProven experience deploying LLM-powered applications into production environments\nStrong Python backend engineering experience (building and deploying API-based services)\nHands-on experience integrating large language models via APIs or hosted endpoints\nPractical experience using agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)\nExperience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise system connectors\nFamiliarity with CI/CD workflows and version control best practices\nExperience deploying containerized applications using Docker\nExperience working within Azure-based environments\n\nEqual Opportunity Employment Policy\n\nOaktree is committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment.
