Heya!

As part of our trading business, the Sales Outbound Team is on the front lines of our Client acquisition. We kickstart Clients’ trading journey with OANDA by supporting them with our resources and expertise. You will join our global Sales Department spanning North America, Europe, and APAC - specifically collaborating with a 3-person Sales Team and a 2-person Relationship Management Team in Singapore. This is a unique chance to build key transferable skills in the financial space, with plenty of growth and development opportunities available across OANDA.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office a minimum of 3 days a week with respect to your own commitments.

What You’ll Do?

• Convert organic applications into active OANDA traders and build a strong referral network through proactive outbound calls, emails, and messaging.
• Implement and execute sales strategies and aligned marketing campaigns.
• Serve as an expert on OANDA’s full suite of platforms, products, and features, providing engaging and valuable guidance to Clients.
• Act as the Client's advocate by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and deliver a seamless experience.
• Keep abreast of financial markets and competitor developments, sharing insights with the team to spot and seize growth opportunities.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar sales, account management, or client-facing role, but impact matters more than years.
• Fluent English.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales, taking pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Curious about exploring new technologies and AI tools to supercharge sales performance.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity sales environment.
• Able to quickly grasp complex financial concepts and resolve issues with high integrity.
• Committed to a collaborative environment where you drive not only personal success but also support team achievements.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in financial services, FX, or the FinTech sector.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
