This is a chance to expand your skills by taking ownership of ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client’s cash accounts are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. Additionally, Client Cash Management Associates cooperate with Client Experience, Onboarding and Compliance Teams so it's a great opportunity to learn everything about how we take care of our Clients and have wide further development opportunities.\nWe work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.\nPlease note that this is a full-time, fixed-term employment role covering a leave of absence, initially through the end of May 2027, with the possibility of extension.\nWhat You’ll Do?\n\nHandle Client deposits, withdrawals, and multi-currency transactions within a 24-hour SLA while ensuring strict compliance.\nPerform daily reconciliations of bank statements, payment processors, and internal ledgers, resolving any discrepancies.\nResolve complex payment delays for clients and collaborate with internal teams and banks. \nClosely work with regulators, banks and auditors on as-needed basis.\nAct as a Salesforce and cash management system expert. \nTake part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.\nWhat Makes You a Good Fit?\n\nPrevious experience in Finance (AP/AR), Client Experience or Transaction Processing area - impact matters more than years.\nFluent English.\nGood communication and analytical skills.\nWillingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and apply existing knowledge to make the right decisions.\nNice to have:\nPrevious experience in the Finance, Forex or Investment sectors. \nFamiliarity with leveraging Generative AI to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks. \nYour perspective matters.
