If you are energized by the prospect of mentoring teams, establishing best-in-class mobile discovery practices, and playing a foundational role in shaping both how we work and how our users trade, this is where you can make a lasting impact.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile trading application in alignment with organizational KPIs and key stakeholders.\nChampion and help establish modern product discovery practices across the mobile organization, driving continuous user research and hypothesis testing.\nLead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, covering customer discovery, scope definition, sprint planning, and release governance.\nDrive daily active trader growth through continuous mobile user observation, cohort analysis, and feature-flag experimentation.\nPartner closely with the engineering and design teams to translate strategic product visions into high-performance deliverables.\nIdentify cross-functional requirements and resolve technical and commercial dependencies across value streams.\nRun post-delivery analysis to assess feature performance against target KPIs and report progress to leadership.\nMentor and coach more junior Product Managers, fostering their professional growth and helping elevate team-wide standards.\nLeverage AI tools on a daily basis to accelerate research, improve documentation, and generate insights that drive product strategy.\nWhat skillset do you need:\n7+ years of product management experience navigating complex, high-scale technical environments.\nDeep domain expertise in building and scaling native iOS and Android applications, preferably in fintech, trading, or high-transaction platforms.\nHands-on mastery of mobile behavioral analytics tools and feature-flag experimentation frameworks.\nProven track record of delivering successful roadmaps, defining strategic priorities, and aligning diverse stakeholders.\nExtensive background in agile methodologies, backlog management, and writing clear, actionable user stories.\nStrong quantitative and analytical ability to independently gather data, uncover behavioral trends, and guide objective product decisions.\nRobust problem-solving aptitude focused on streamlining processes and removing usability bottlenecks.\nDay-to-day proficiency with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence).\nDemonstrated passion for knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and mentoring fellow product professionals.\nPersonal experience investing or trading on your own using any mobile trading app is a strong plus.\nExperience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.\n___\nAt OANDA, to help us efficiently process applications, we use AI-driven tools to help source and rank candidates based on professional experience and skills.
