We build and optimize registration flows and onboarding forms used by our clients for a seamless, secure onboarding experience.\nWe place a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, autonomy, cross-team collaboration, and clean architecture. We work in a hybrid model in Cracow, Zabłocie.\nAs a Regular Full Stack Engineer, you will:\nDesign, build, and maintain dynamic onboarding forms and registration workflows using React.js and Python (FastAPI).\nIntegrate third-party vendor services (APIs/SDKs) and collaborate closely with external providers and internal teams across the organization.\nIndependently own tasks end-to-end - from technical analysis and problem-solving to production deployment.\nEnsure clear communication in English across cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business partners.\nWrite clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code).\nUtilize modern developer tooling (including Claude Code and AI assistants) to streamline development, refactoring, and process automation.\nActively participate in team technical discussions and continuously improve our system architecture.\nWhat skillset you need to be successful in this role:\nProven commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer working with React.js and Python.\nStrong English communication skills (B2/C1+) for daily collaboration in a multicultural environment and cross-team alignment.\nHigh degree of autonomy, ownership, and a self-driven attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.\nSolid understanding of core software engineering concepts, system architecture, and debugging in cloud environments.\nBonus points if you have experience with:\nAI-assisted engineering workflows and CLI tools like Claude Code.\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.\nThird-party vendor API integrations (e.g., identity verification, payment gateways, e-signature).\nDomain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g., Terraform).\nAutomated testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, PyTest) to maintain system reliability.\n___\nAt OANDA, to help us efficiently process applications, we use AI-driven tools to help source and rank candidates based on professional experience and skills.
