Join us!\nHow do we work?\nHello Everyone!\n\n You’ll join an in-house Creative Team based in our Warsaw (Poland) or Prague (Czechia) office, reporting into the Head of Creative Production. You will play a crucial role in publishing and managing high-volume content across our websites and digital platforms, and in supporting the technical setup and migration of our content management systems.\nThe role requires a solid understanding of the brand, the product and the market we compete in. Knowledge of trading is advantageous but not essential, as training will be given.\nWe work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive the use of AI in how we create, manage and publish content. You will identify, test and roll out AI-assisted workflows, with human review.\nCreate, edit, proofread and publish content on our live websites through the CMS, within brand guidelines and the OANDA Tone of Voice, following our Compliance approval process before anything goes live.\nManage page templates, metadata, taxonomy, navigation and media libraries, and keep content accurate, accessible and SEO-friendly.\nSupport the migration to our new CMS, including content audits, content modelling and mapping, clean-up, and redirect planning. You will look for ways to optimize the work, question existing processes with smart thinking, and deliver automated solutions that fit the scope of the project.\nHelp manage the CMS and its environments, including user roles and permissions, integrations, and staging and production workflows.\nRun QA and UAT before and after go-live (broken links, rendering, forms, analytics tags and performance).\nWork closely with copywriters, designers, developers and marketing to take projects from brief to final delivery.\nDocument processes and train colleagues on CMS best practice.\nWhat skillsets do you need to be successful in this role?\n3+ years of experience in a similar position, in a client-side (in-house) or agency environment, but impact matters more than years. \nHands-on experience publishing and managing content in a CMS (e.g. Wagtail, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful or similar).\nExperience supporting or delivering a CMS migration or replatforming project.\nExperience using AI tools to improve content workflows and migration tasks, with strong human oversight and a clear eye on accuracy and compliance.\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic scripting or SQL for bulk content tasks is a plus.\nUnderstanding of technical SEO, including URL structure, redirects, metadata and site performance.\nFluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nKeeps up to date with CMS, content and web publishing trends and best practice.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.\nAutonomy and excellent organisation and project management skills.\nCandidates are asked to share examples of their previous work, such as live pages they have published, migration or CMS projects, or a case study.\nNice to have:\n\nFamiliarity with web analytics and tag management tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager) and a working understanding of APIs and version control.\nExperience of Jira or similar project management tools.\nInterest in or experience of working in financial services (banking, FX, CFDs), gambling or other regulated industries.\nYour perspective matters.
