The Record Centre Operative / Driver is responsible for daily activity in the record centre, utilising software to control movement at the box, file, tape & miscellaneous levels while also having the responsibility of driving for deliveries and confidential client data collections. This role is based at the Sittingbourne site and reports to the Operations Supervisor.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure all daily client work orders are filled upon receipt from Client Service.\nEnsure Rush work orders are processed timely and accurately.\nRefile files containers and tapes daily and within the allocated timescales.\nMaintain assigned racking and row upkeep (containers and/or lids replaced and repaired, floors free of debris, notify Data Centre Supervisor of needed rack or lighting repairs required).\nPerform auditing per schedule or as requested.\nProcess destruction orders per schedule or as requested.\nComplete daily paperwork before leaving for the day.\nVerify and load all orders per SOP’s.\nComplete daily runs as always assigned by supervisor and drive and park assigned vehicles in a safe and legal manner.\nComplete daily safety inspection of assigned vehicle.\nComply with daily maintenance and safety checks of all record centre vehicles and equipment.\nHelp unload/load trucks/vans.\nOperate forklifts and/or pick lifts.\nComply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure\nOur clients and team members’ sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law\nOur team members’ and clients’ rights under the legislation are fully protected.\nAdhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.\nReport any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.\nCandidate Requirements\nPrevious experience of working in a Multi Drop operation service delivery role preferably within the records management industry.\nFull Clean Driving License.\nStrong attention to detail essential.\nFlexibility to work between teams.\nRoutine lifting, bending and overhead stretching.\nRoutine scanning of materials.\nRoutine Pushing and pulling
