Live streaming is one of our key revenue drivers, and this role is central to making it work.\n\nYou'll lead a team of live hosts, optimize live performance, and ensure we consistently hit our GMV targets — primarily across night shifts, weekends and public holidays, covering both in-office and work-from-home hosts.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nPerformance & GMV Growth\n\nOwn daily and monthly GMV targets for live streaming\n\nTrack key metrics — conversion rate, viewership, engagement and sales\n\nAnalyse live data and continuously refine scripts, flow and offers to boost results\n\nLive Operations Management\n\nPlan and manage daily live schedules across TikTok Shop and Shopee\n\nEnsure every live session is fully prepared — products, promotions, scripts and stock\n\nCoordinate campaign mechanics, pricing and promotional offers during live sessions\n\nHost Team Management\n\nSupervise and manage a team of live hosts\n\nTrain and coach hosts to improve their selling skills, engagement and consistency\n\nMonitor individual host performance and provide clear, actionable feedback\n\nLive Execution & Monitoring\n\nOversee live sessions in real-time to ensure smooth and effective execution\n\nTroubleshoot issues on the spot — technical problems, flow disruptions or engagement drops\n\nEnsure hosts stay on-message with the correct positioning and selling strategy\n\nGrowth & Optimization\n\nIdentify winning formats, hooks and selling angles that drive conversions\n\nCollaborate with content, affiliate and marketing teams to boost traffic and conversion\n\nContinuously test and improve live strategies to scale overall performance\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\n\nProven experience in TikTok Live selling/hosting or live commerce\n\nStrong understanding of live stream sales strategies and conversion tactics\n\nExperience managing or coaching live hosts or a team\n\nData-driven mindset — able to read performance data and act on it\n\nWilling to work shift-based hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays\n\nWilling to work flexible hours depending on live-stream and campaign requirements. \n\nNice to
