You’ll own the roadmap and execution from concept to launch, ensuring that what we build delivers real value to our users.\nThis role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in cybersecurity, who are eager to shape the future of identity security and platform innovation.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, build, and launch secure, scalable solutions that address real-world security challenges.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead strategy, roadmap, and execution for core security features.\nOwn the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and requirements to launch and adoption.\nEngage deeply with customers, security practitioners, and partners to gather insights and validate use cases.\nDrive decision-making using data, research, product telemetry, and customer feedback.\nWrite clear, actionable PRDs and technical specifications that guide execution with precision.\nPrioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals and technical constraints.\nPartner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful launches, enablement, and adoption.\nQualifications\n5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity, or identity management. \nAbility to analyze complex problems, break them down logically, and propose actionable solutions\nA deep curiosity for how systems work and a drive to simplify complexity\nProven ability to execute cross-functional projects under constraints\nExcellent collaboration skills, you work across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership with confidence and empathy\nComfortable working across time zones and communicating with distributed teams.\nStrong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal\nFluent in English\nBonus Points\nHands-on experience with IAM, PAM, IGA, or machine/service identity platforms.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and identity governance\nExperience launching technical products end-to-end\nPrior startup or fast-paced environment experience\nBackground in non-human identity domains \nAt Oasis Security we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
