another.\n Requirements:\n3-5 years of experience implementing NetSuite ERP solutions.\nExperience leading functional workstreams and owning key process areas during NetSuite implementations.\nSuccessfully led at least 1-2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live.\nStrong functional knowledge of native NetSuite business processes, including:\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P)\nOrder-to-Cash (O2C)\nRecord-to-Report (R2R)\n\nExperience with core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.\nExperience with Distribution modules, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Inventory Management.\nExposure to NetSuite Manufacturing modules (Work Orders, Assemblies, WIP & Routing).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and support NetSuite ERP implementation projects utilizing Oasis Solutions' implementation methodology while serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nAnalyze client business processes and recommend scalable NetSuite solutions that align with operational goals and industry best practices.\nOwn one or more core NetSuite functional process areas (such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Record-to-Report), providing implementation leadership and best-practice guidance throughout client engagements.\nConfigure native NetSuite functionality to meet client business requirements and deliver successful implementation outcomes.\nManage multiple client engagements simultaneously while balancing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.\nCollaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical developers to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and custom solutions when needed.\nSupport data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, import, and testing, while maintaining accurate implementation documentation.\nFacilitate client training sessions, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful system adoption.\nMentor junior consultants by sharing product knowledge, implementation best practices, and project experience.\nAct as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of NetSuite through deep functional expertise, business process knowledge, or industry
