Now onto the formal stuff.\nWe are looking for a Manager, Demand Planning, North America to lead the North America Demand Planning function and deliver a robust, consensus-based demand plan that supports business growth, service excellence, inventory optimization, and profitable decision-making.\nThis role owns the end-to-end demand planning process across a 12-48-month horizon and plays a critical leadership role within the company’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
