The role will involve monitoring performance, identifying trends, and providing insights that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nEvaluate current and past financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.\nDevelop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and scenario analysis \nPrepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for senior management and stakeholders.\nProvide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize expenses, improve profitability, and support business decision-making.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including accounting and business teams, to ensure data integrity and integrate financial goals into core systems.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy. \nRequirements\nExceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.\nExcellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with financial planning tools, business intelligence platforms, and databases (e.g., SQL).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes.
