Acting as the key communication point between clients, operations, and global partners (Agents), this role combines organizational precision, customer care, and international coordination.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients from booking to delivery.\nCoordinate door-to-door domestic and international moves.\nArrange and follow up on packing, customs documentation, shipping, and delivery.\nLiaise daily with agents, crews, warehouse teams, and transport planners.\nPrepare service orders, and invoices while maintaining accurate records in the company’s move management system.\nTrack shipments and proactively update clients and partners on progress.\nEnsure all services meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards.\nHandle insurance applications, claims, and post-move client feedback.\nMaintain excellent communication with corporate mobility teams and international networks.\nSupport continuous improvement through feedback and service optimization initiatives.\nRequirements\nStrong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. \n Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with Move Management Systems. \n Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation and cultural awareness. \n Team player with a cooperative, positive, and solutions-driven attitude. \n Motivated to develop a long-term career within the logistics and mobility industry.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Relations (or equivalent experience).\n2 - 3 years of experience in international moving, relocation, or logistics operations.\nBenefits\nCompetitive remuneration package based on experience\nLife and medical insurance.\nProvision of technological equipment.\nExcellent career opportunities and learning development.\nModern and friendly working environment. \nWorking within an outstanding Team of experts in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.\nNext Steps\nIf you are interested in the above role, then click to apply and get the conversation going!
