Over the decades, we have grown bolder, broader, and stronger, combining our heritage in moving, and fine-art logistics with a forward-thinking approach that embraces customer excellence.\nWe are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to join our team in Aspropyrgos.\nThe Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible to support the day-to-day warehouse operations, act as the link between the Warehouse, Transport Office, and Move Coordinators to ensure the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing household goods, accurate record-keeping, and smooth execution of daily activities.\nResponsibilities:\nReview the following day's schedule and coordinate with Move Coordinators, the Dispatch Office, and the warehouse team.\nMonitor, update, and file customer records and related documentation.\nCheck and record incoming and outgoing household goods, deliveries, and vehicle loading operations.\nPhotograph, record, and report any damage or discrepancies and update the relevant Bingo Sheets.\nUpdate the company's information system, maintain electronic records, and issue Delivery Notes.\nAssist with the proper placement and management of stored household goods and packing materials.\nSupervise and coordinate crating, palletizing, and load preparation activities.\nAssist customers during the process of sorting or accessing their stored household goods.\nParticipate in regular inspections and inventories of stored household goods and materials.\nRequirements\nStrong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis.\nVery good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.\nGood command of the English language.\nGood communication skills and a team-oriented approach.\nComfortable using electronic systems and performing data entry.\nAbility to work daily in both an office and warehouse environment.\nExperience in warehouse management and/or storage record management.\nFamiliarity with ERP / EBS systems will be considered a significant advantage.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Relations (or equivalent experience).\nPrevious experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or a moving company.\nBenefits\nCompetitive remuneration package based on experience\nLife and medical insurance.\nProvision of technological equipment.\nExcellent career opportunities and learning development.\nModern and friendly working environment. \nWorking within an outstanding Team of experts in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.\nNext Steps\nIf you are interested in the above role, then click to apply and get the conversation going!
