If you share our vision of transforming logistics into an experience of trust and reliability, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us.\nWe are actively seeking an Treasury Assistant to join our offices in Elefsina.\nThe Treasury Assistant will be responsible for will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day treasury and cash management activities of the company, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, monitoring cash movements, and assisting with the management and collection of outstanding receivable\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and update daily bank account transactions and ensure accurate recording of cash movements.\nPerform regular bank account reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.\nMonitor cash balances and assist with daily cash flow management and liquidity monitoring.\nReconcile customer account balances and follow up on outstanding receivables to support timely collections.\nConduct credit checks on new and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and support effective credit risk management.\nMonitor accounts receivable, identify overdue balances, and communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.\nMaintain accurate records of customer balances, collections, and payment status.\nAssist in the development and implementation of procedures and controls related to treasury operations, receivables, and credit risk management.\nMaintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues and facilitate timely collections.\nPrepare regular reports on cash balances, bank reconciliations, receivables, collections, credit checks, and overall treasury activities for management.\nRequirements\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating with clients \n Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess risks and make informed recommendations \n Ability to tactfully persuade clients and negotiate repayment plans \n ERP systems experience (e.g., F&O, Navision, SAP) \n Strong command of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) \n Advanced business writing and oral communication skills in both Greek and English\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or related field.\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections within the preferably in logistics industry \nBenefits\n Competitive remuneration package \n Life and medical insurance.\n Provision of technological equipment.\n Excellent career opportunities and learning development.\n Modern and friendly working environment. \n Working within an outstanding Team of experts in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.\n Next Steps\nIf you are interested in the above role, then click to apply and get the conversation going!\nWe will be reviewing applications on an on-going basis, so if this sounds like an opportunity, you're eager to explore, don't hesitate - apply today!\nWe respect your personal data.
