- تنسيق وتنظيم العمليات اليومية لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- متابعة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- تنسيق أعمال موظفي الفروع وقسم العمليات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية بكفاءة.
- التواصل مع الفروع لضمان تلبية احتياجات التشغيل.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات التشغيلية وزيادة الكفاءة.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية ورفعها للإدارة.
- التعاون مع مختلف الأقسام لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة 1-2 سنوات في مجال تنسيق العمليات.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الانجليزية
- إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
