You’ll still be writing and maintaining automated tests, but your impact will go beyond individual test cases - you’ll help shape our QA strategy, improve testing processes, shorten feedback and test cycles, and raise the quality bar across engineering.\nWhat you’ll do:\nTake technical ownership of our automated testing approach across mobile and web platforms (Appium-based mobile automation)\nDrive, maintain, and continuously improve our existing automated end-to-end test suite\nIdentify opportunities to shorten test and release cycles, increase automation, and make quality feedback faster and more effective\nDefine and improve QA processes, methodologies, tooling, and best practices across the development lifecycle\nWork closely with developers and product teams to build quality into the SDLC, rather than treating QA as a final step\nEstablish the right balance between automated and manual testing, with a strong focus on automating regression coverage\nImprove testability, observability, and reliability of our products and test infrastructure\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to other QA engineers\nHelp set priorities and raise the overall QA engineering standard within the team\nContribute to testing complex and evolving areas, including AI-driven features, when needed\nTake ownership of QA-related improvements and drive them from idea to implementation\nOver time, potentially take on people-management responsibility for the QA team, including coaching, development, performance, and team growth\nWe expect:\nStrong professional experience in QA engineering and UI test automation\nSolid hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites\nStrong understanding of software testing principles, test strategy, and QA processes\nExperience working with CI/CD and test automation infrastructure\nA track record of improving testing processes, automation coverage, and development/release efficiency\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to look beyond individual bugs and tests and understand quality at a system and process level\nExperience influencing developers and other stakeholders on quality-related decisions\nProactivity and ownership - you see something that can be improved and drive it forward\nExperience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other QA engineers\nExperience testing mobile applications is a strong advantage\nProfessional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English skills.\nHere’s what we offer:\nFair pay for bold work: We reward your expertise with competitive pay that grows as you do.\nHybrid Work Flexibility: Work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or wherever suits you best. \nFocus on your well-being: Choose your comprehensive health plan, get paid days off to care for yourself and your family, and enjoy flexible working hours, as well as your birthday day off. \nMore time that truly counts: Enjoy a 4-day workweek for one month a year, depending on how well the company hits its goals.
