And we need your help to keep moving forward.\nWhat you'll do:\nIdentify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, publishers, and brand ambassadors.\nPlan and execute partnership campaigns, including affiliate promotions, influencer activations, referral campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.\nNegotiate partnership terms, including fees, commissions, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and performance incentives.\nDevelop campaign briefs outlining objectives, key messages, content requirements, brand guidelines, and tracking instructions.\nManage affiliate links, promo codes, tracking setup, and campaign assets.\nMonitor and analyse campaign and partner performance across traffic, conversions, revenue, CPA, ROAS, and engagement, identifying opportunities to optimise and scale successful partnerships.\nCollaborate with internal marketing, content, and social media teams to align partnership activities with broader marketing goals.\nEnsure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and advertising disclosure rules.\nPrepare performance reports highlighting results, insights, and recommendations.\nMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to identify new partnership opportunities.\nWhat we're looking for:\n2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related field.\nProven experience managing affiliate, influencer, ambassador, or referral programs and campaigns.\nStrong understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing mechanics, including tracking links, promo codes, UTM parameters, attribution windows, commission models, and performance reporting.\nAbility to assess partner quality based on audience fit, engagement, traffic quality, content quality, previous results, and brand alignment.\nExperience negotiating partnership terms, influencer fees, commissions, deliverables, and timelines.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nExperience with affiliate platforms, influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, or CRM/e-commerce dashboards is a plus.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.\nCommercial mindset, with an understanding of how partnerships drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.\nProactive, curious, and comfortable testing new approaches to grow partnership performance.\n\nHere’s what we offer:\nFair pay for bold work: We reward your expertise with competitive pay that grows as you do. \nHybrid Work Flexibility: Work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or wherever suits you best.\nFocus on your well-being: Choose your comprehensive health plan, get paid days off to care for yourself and your family, and enjoy flexible working hours, as well as your birthday day off.\nMore time that truly counts: Enjoy a 4-day workweek for one month a year, depending on how well the company hits its goals.
