As a part of that mission, we strive to provide innovative, delicious, healthy, and convenient protein-packed snacks.\nABOUT THE POSITION:\nThe Oberto retail store team has an opening for the critical position of Temporary Retail Store Clerk. The temporary store clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and completing support activities in the factory store.\nSCHEDULE:\nMust have open availability Monday -Thursday and Saturday 9:15-5:45 and Friday 8:15-5:45 the store is closed on Sundays. There will be flexibility with the schedule for a day off between Monday - Thursday. **Must be able to work Friday & Saturday’s\nWAGE: $21.57 per hour, working hours are expected to be between 30+ hours weekly.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:\nProvide superior customer service by greeting customers and providing information and samples of store products.\nComplete customer transactions by accurately operating a cash register.\nKeep the store inventory fresh and stocked by rotating product, unloading pallets, and putting products on displays and shelves.\nAssist in the Store lunch sales by helping in food preparation, taking customer orders, and assembling orders in a timely manner.\nAnswer the store phone with a friendly, customer-oriented greeting and tone.\nMaintain a clean, safe store environment for employees and customers by identifying and removing hazards and cleaning/clearing any needed areas.\nKeep store signage visible and neat by regularly inspecting the store and correcting any problems.\nMaintain accuracy of product display by bagging and labeling products as required.\nMaintain a smooth, accurate flow of inventory by shipping and receiving product as required.\nAssist in monthly physical inventories.\nComplete store orders for products.\nRecord and transfer product spoils.\nAssist at events where Oberto factory stores have a booth.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School or Equivalent Required\n6 months customer services experience in grocery or retail environment preferred. \nMust be able to lift 25lbs.\nCash register experience preferred.\nABOUT OBERTO: We offer a creative, diverse, and inclusive workplace environment.
