We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nAnalyze digital commerce performance across marketplace and retail models, identifying trends, interdependencies, and growth opportunities.\nDesign and implement standardized KPIs and performance metrics to support business decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks.\nBuild and enable self-service analytics solutions, including dashboards and reporting tools in Looker.\nImplement and scale AI-driven analytics use cases such as conversational analytics within the data platform.\nConduct ad-hoc analyses and complex analytical projects combining tracking data with additional data sources.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Business, Marketing, Product, Category Management) to translate data into actionable insights.\nWymagania\nCompleted degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.\nSeveral years of professional experience in digital analytics, preferably within e-commerce or digital business environments.\nStrong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Webtrekk and understanding of tracking methodologies.\nExcellent skills in SQL and/or Python, ideally working with raw tracking or large-scale analytical datasets.\nExperience with BI and data platforms such as Databricks and Looker.\nStrong communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders\nOpenness to work in hybrid model and visit the Katowice office.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience working with AI-driven analytics tools
