With more than 50 million transactions projected for 2026, Obilet continues its international expansion with the ambition of becoming one of the world's leading travel tech companies.\nMain responsibilities will include:\nPlay a key role in coordinating the KPI & targets monitoring system across departments, and help drive progress tracking through dashboards and structured reports\n\nTake an active role in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives by managing relationships with business units - including project execution, gathering analysis requirements, and scheduling and tracking automation-related processes\n\nAnalyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify risks and opportunities\n\nSupport strategic and corporate-level projects, such as performance management systems, government incentive applications and international go-to market execution plans\n\nConduct risk/impact analyses and scenario modeling for corporate level projects, new initiatives and existing operations\n\nCollect and synthesize internal and external data; build financial and strategic models to support business decisions\n\nPrepare or edit board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, press releases, meeting minutes and stakeholder communication materials\n\nEnsure multi-directional communication among teams and management\n\nOutline business terms and clauses to be inserted into partnership & key account contracts as final products of high impact deals\n\nReview and interpret legal documents and commercial agreements from a business perspective, and support the legal team by identifying key clauses, risks, and implications relevant to corporate priorities.\n\nRequirements\nTo be successful in this role, you need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant multi-disciplinary field\n\n1-2 years of professional work experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or a relevant field\n\nStrong academic background or professional achievements (please specify clearly in your application)\n\nExperience in consultancy, public sector projects, government relations, or corporate development is a plus\n\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills at a level where you feel comfortable at building complex spreadsheet models and performing advanced data analysis\n\nSolid communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership\n\nBusiness acumen and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic, cross-functional environment\n\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\nExcellent command of Turkish, including flawless writing and grammar skills\n\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\nSolid understanding of legal documents and contracts, with the ability to support legal team from a business perspective\n\nAdvanced command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (will be tested during the interview process)\n\nWhat we offer:\nHybrid Working: We work hybrid, but our offices are always open for us\nBirthday Leave: In the month of our birthday, we can take a day off on any day we choose\nHealth Insurance: We are by your side with our health insurance whenever you need it.\nFlexible Working Hours: On the days we come to the office, we set our own start time with our flexible working model\nHappy Hours & Company Events: With our New Year’s Event, #obiletfest and Happy Hours, we not only strive for success but also have a lot of fun along the way\nSelf-Development: Your growth is our focus, with access to online learning platforms like Udemy and various training programs designed to support your professional development\nBest-in-class Teammates: We are all the best in our fields and we are confident about it\nNo Dress Code: We have no dress code.
