capabilities across Objective's product suites.\nDevelop across the stack: Build robust backend services using Python and intuitive frontend experiences using Svelte and modern JavaScript frameworks.\n Work with emerging AI technologies: Contribute to the integration of AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs) and intelligent features into production applications.\nEngineer for scale: Design and develop secure, reliable and scalable solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.\nOwn technical challenges: Take ownership of complex engineering problems, from solution technical experience will include:\nStrong commercial software development experience, with a focus on Python or Java fullstack development.\nExperience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React or similar.\nSolid understanding of database design, development and programming.\nExperience developing, deploying and maintaining applications in AWS and/or Azure.\nStrong understanding of API development, microservices and modern software architecture.\nExperience with unit testing, automated testing and writing clean, maintainable code.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and modern development practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nExperience integrating LLMs into applications, including tools such as LiteLLM.\nExposure to AI infrastructure, model integration and the development of reusable AI services.\nAn interest in applying emerging AI technologies to
