documentation is in place.\nAssist with month-end close, including journals and balance-sheet reconciliations.\nMaintain fixed asset registers and support audit requirements.\nPrepare ad-hoc management reports as required.\nComplete credit applications for customers and suppliers.\nCapture and reconcile credit card transactions\nOperational Support\nReview and verify daily and weekly sales orders to ensure accuracy and proper approval.\nCapture, check and reconcile employee time sheets, ensuring alignment with payroll requirements.\nLiaise with production/operations teams to resolve discrepancies in orders or hours.\nSupport stock and production control processes where required.\nCapture and verify purchase orders\nProperty Administration\nAssist with rental invoicing, tenant statements and receipting.\nTrack lease agreements, escalation dates and deposit requirements.\nFollow up on outstanding tenant documentation or compliance items\nSupport property rental administration\n HR & Administrative Tasks\nAssist with onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records and leave tracking.\nSupport payroll preparation through accurate timesheet capture and data verification.\nHandle general administrative tasks, filing, and document
