With over 800 professionals operating from Italy, UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, the Group serves clients in 4 continents, supporting approximately 100,000 investment professionals to manage more than €1 trillion in assets.\nBased in Milan but supporting our SaaS division in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee in the Applications Operations team to start as soon as possible.\nJob descripiton:\nManage and support SaaS environments based on OBS (Objectway Banking Suite), including the interfaces connecting OBS with other system\nMonitor daily and end-of-day processing to ensure smooth and reliable operations, while supporting software releases and deployments for customers.\nWork closely with the core banking development, project management and client support teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.\n\nContribute to ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, customer requirements, internal standards and applicable regulations, as well as coordinating and performing testing activities when required.\nRequired Skills:\nIT background through completed studies or equivalent practical experience in IT or banking environments.\nGood knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.\nGood knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.\nExperience in IT operations (min 3 Y), software delivery and application support.\nExperience with Shell scripting and basic programming or automation skills.\nExperience working with IT infrastructure and SaaS environments, preferably in an operational or support role.\nFamiliarity with service management tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nGood problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and reliable way of working.\nGood knowledge of English.\nWillingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours or on weekends to complete special tasks.\nContract & Compensation:\nTicket restaurant and company welfare.\nHealth care coverage.\nHybrid working model.\nEmployee discount programs.\nPerformance bonus for company objectives.\nLocation: Milano\nThe salary range for this position is €35,000 -
