The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards, in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.\nMain Activities\nProject Planning\nDefine the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.\nDevelop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.\nCoordinate kick-off and planning activities with internal and external teams.\nTechnical Oversight\nMonitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.\nCollaborate with technical teams to define solutions.\nValidate technical analyses, designs, test plans and technological deliverables.\nCapacity Management\nPlan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.\nMonitor team workloads, availability, and performance.\nCollaborate with department managers to define requirements.\nStakeholder Management\nManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and critical issues.\nConduct meetings, steering committee meetings, and periodic communication activities.\nFacilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendors.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify risks, dependencies and problems in a timely manner, defining effective mitigation plans.\nEnsure compliance with project quality standards and company policies.\nMonitor project KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.\n Delivery & Closure\nSupervise the delivery, testing, go-live and handover phases to the operations teams.\nCoordinate project closure activities, lessons learned and final reporting.\nEnsure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.\nRequired Skills\nProven experience in managing complex ICT projects.\nExcellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).\nPMP certification (Project Management Professional).\nSkills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.\nAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-supplier teams.\nKnowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work in complex and structured environments.\nIndependent management of priorities and deadlines.\nContract & Compensation\nSalary commensurate with experience.\nHybrid working.\nMeal vouchers.\nCompany welfare and company performance bonus.\nHealth insurance.\nThe indicative gross annual salary for this role is between €50000 and €65000.
