This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent, supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.\nThe resource, who will join the People & Organisation team, will be responsible for:\nMain Areas of Responsibility:\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business roles\nPartner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies\nActivate effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, networking)\nConduct screening, interviews, and structured assessments\nEnsure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brand\nSupport the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities)\nMonitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvements\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.\nRequired Skills:\nDegree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields\n1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or startup environments\nExperience recruiting IT/Digital profiles (e.g., software engineers, data roles, product roles)\n Good command of French (B2/C1 level)\n Good command of English (B2/C1 level)\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nProactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset\nPersonal profile:\nExperience in international or scale-up environments\nKnowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Lever)\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools\nAbility to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity.\nAptitude for problem-solving.\nExceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills.\nAttention to detail, quality and deadlines.\nContract & Compensation:\nPermanent employment with remuneration commensurate with seniority and experience.Salary range: €30.000 - up to €35.000 gross annual salary (RAL).
