Revolent is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join an exciting career acceleration programme designed in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting organisation.
This unique opportunity combines advanced technical training, mentorship, and real-world project delivery, enabling experienced ServiceNow professionals to further develop their expertise in ServiceNow and AI-powered technologies while working on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Successful candidates will initially complete an intensive 4-week virtual training academy, designed collaboratively with one of the world's largest consulting and technology transformation organisations. Following the academy, consultants will be deployed onto enterprise ServiceNow projects for a minimum of 12 months, applying their knowledge in complex client environments. High-performing consultants may ultimately have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles with the client organisation.

The Role :
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
You will work within enterprise ServiceNow environments supporting digital transformation initiatives across IT, HR, customer service, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and third-party APIs.
- Build and maintain catalog items, record producers and automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Create custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
- Support testing, deployment and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to platform governance, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience :
- 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong background working across core ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience developing and configuring : Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
ServiceNow Module Experience :
Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in at least one of the following areas :
HR Service Delivery (HRSD) :
Experience delivering employee-focused workflows and services, including : 1. Employee onboarding and offboarding, 2. HR case management, 3. Employee Service Center, 4. Knowledge management, 5. Lifecycle event automation.
IT Operations Management (ITOM) :
Experience with : 1. Discovery, 2. Service Mapping, 3. Event Management, 4. CMDB optimisation, 5. Infrastructure visibility and monitoring.
Customer Service Management (CSM) :
Experience building customer-facing solutions, including : 1. Case management, 2. Omnichannel support processes, 3. Self-service portals, 4. Customer workflow automation, 5. Service request management.
Desirable Experience :
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- ServiceNow CAD certification.
- Additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience with : ITSM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities, CMDB/CSDM, Service Portal, Employee Center.
- Exposure to enterprise consulting environments.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Training Programme :
Before project deployment, successful candidates will complete an intensive 4-week virtual academy delivered by ServiceNow experts.
The programme covers : Advanced ServiceNow Development, Enterprise delivery methodologies, AI and automation technologies, Platform best practices, Consulting and stakeholder management skills, Project-based technical exercises reflecting real client scenarios.
This training has been developed in collaboration with a major global consulting organisation to ensure consultants are project-ready from day one.
