Following the academy, consultants will be deployed onto enterprise ServiceNow projects for a minimum of 12 months, applying their knowledge in complex client environments. High-performing consultants may ultimately have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles with the client organisation.\n\nWhat Makes This Opportunity Different : \n\n- Fully funded, instructor-led ServiceNow and AI training programme.\n\n- Training designed alongside a globally recognised consulting firm.\n\n- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects.\n\n- Opportunity to work with some of the world's leading enterprise customers.\n\n- Continuous mentoring and professional development.\n\n- Potential pathway to a permanent role with the client following successful project delivery.\n\nThe Role : \n\nAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.\n\nYou will work within enterprise ServiceNow environments supporting digital transformation initiatives across IT, HR, customer service, and operations functions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.\n\n- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.\n\n- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and third-party APIs.\n\n- Build and maintain catalog items, record producers and automated workflows using Flow Designer.\n\n- Create custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities where appropriate.\n\n- Develop and maintain Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.\n\n- Support testing, deployment and release management activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver robust technical solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Contribute to platform governance, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.\n\n- Strong background working across core ServiceNow platform capabilities.\n\n- Experience developing and configuring : Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Strong JavaScript development skills.\n\n- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nServiceNow Module Experience : \n\nCandidates must demonstrate strong experience in at least one of the following areas : \n\nHR Service Delivery (HRSD) : \n\nExperience delivering employee-focused workflows and services, including : 1. Employee onboarding and offboarding, 2. HR case management, 3. Employee Service Center, 4. Knowledge management, 5. Lifecycle event automation.\n\nIT Operations Management (ITOM) : \n\nExperience with : 1. Discovery, 2. Service Mapping, 3. Event Management, 4. CMDB optimisation, 5. Infrastructure visibility and monitoring.\n\nCustomer Service Management (CSM) : \n\nExperience building customer-facing solutions, including : 1. Case management, 2. Omnichannel support processes, 3. Self-service portals, 4. Customer workflow automation, 5.
