In this role, you will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of security events, supporting the identification and initial investigation of security incidents while working alongside experienced cybersecurity professionals.\nThis position is well suited to candidates looking to begin or further develop their career in Security Operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and analyze security events using leading SIEM technologies.\nPerform real-time event and log analysis to identify potential security incidents.\nConduct first-level investigation and triage of security alerts.\nEscalate incidents to Level 2 Analysts in accordance with established procedures.\nAccurately document investigations and support the incident management process.\nFollow operational guidelines and contribute to maintaining the quality of SOC services.\nRequirements\nAbility to work on a rotational 24x7x365 shift schedule.\nUnderstanding of common attack techniques targeting applications, systems, and networks.\nKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, and basic network security concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.\nA willingness to learn and develop within a Security Operations environment. \nPrevious experience with SIEM platforms or log analysis is not required but will be considered an advantage.\nRelevant cybersecurity certifications are considered a plus, including but not limited to CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate, Blue Team Level 1
