工程能力沉淀：持续优化研发到软件量产工程负责人量产的软件交付链路，沉淀工站导入、版本交付、异常处理等标准化资产，持续提升公司软件量产工程化能力。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n任职要求\n1. 5年以上智能影像、云台等消费电子行业软件量产、工站软件工程、NPI全流程经验，完整经历产品试产到规模化量产过程，熟悉硬件量产风险与流程。\n2. 精通QT上位机架构设计与框架梳理，熟悉产线烧录、校准、公差、功耗测试等工站软件运作逻辑，具备顶层架构规划、体系标准落地能力。\n3. 具备体系搭建、流程梳理、权责划分经验，有小型技术团队统筹管理能力，擅长从顶层优化量产体系。\n4.
