unblocking the team, and setting a high engineering bar.\nEstablish and improve engineering practices around code quality, testing, observability, and system reliability.\nCollaborate with product and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps.\nFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record building backend systems.\nAt least 1 year of leadership experience leading projects, tech leading, or managing a team.\nStrong, hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot (required).\nHigh ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes end-to-end and hold a high bar for yourself and your team.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.\nSolid grounding in system design, distributed systems, APIs, and databases.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across
