You will work with other security and infrastructure teams to create secure access, networks, defence-in-depth, IAM, and address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across OS, Infrastructure, and cloud. You will work closely with security operations/incident response teams to provide technical leadership. You will also mentor other junior infrastructure security professionals.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nInfrastructure Security Leadership & Strategy\nDevelop and document comprehensive security policies, reference architectures, design patterns, and the strategic roadmap for Infrastructure Security.\nKeep abreast of the latest network and infrastructure security trends and best practices.\nCollaborate with engineering, AWS and architecture teams to ensure all proposed designs meet both business objectives and stringent security requirements.\nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to integrate and stay updated on the latest infrastructure designs.\nTechnical Design & Architecture\nProvide technical leadership to infuse security into all infrastructure and network designs across AWS cloud, SaaS applications, and IT environments.\nDesign and re-architect the AWS infrastructure to implement robust security measures, including network segmentation, deep packet inspection, firewalls, VPNs, and VPC configurations.\nDesign and develop secure access and network solutions for production environments, owning the overall access management framework.\nAct as the security point of contact for Change Management, reviewing all new infrastructure designs\nOwn all security components and implement them such as PAM, Access Analyzer, Identity center and RBAC, Guard Duty, WAF, PAM modules\nDesign and architect integrations with security tools such as SIEM, Cloud workload protection tools\nRepresent Infrastructure Security during regulatory and compliance audits (PCI, SOC, ISO, HITRUST, etc.).\nWork with corporate IT to implement and continuously review and improve network and security controls within the corporate environment.\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\n9+ Years of experience across Software engineering, network security, and AWS Security\nProven track record as an experienced Infrastructure Security designer and implementing secure Cloud, networks, and corporate IT infrastructure\nExperience working at a SAAS product company\nExperience leading infrastructure security teams or security focussed SRE teams\nRobust understanding of Network designs and protocols, it is good to have CCNA and other network certifications\nAbility to multi-task and run multiple projects\nBeing comfortable with working off times (security incidents cannot be planned)\nAbility to make process under ambiguous situations without clarity\nFirst-hand experience with major cloud providers, specifically AWS\nExperience in large-scale systems and N-tier architectures\nExcellent communication skills\nPerks & Benefits\nExcellent medical insurance options and free online doctor consultations\nYearly privilege and sick leaves as per Karnataka S&E Act\nGenerous holidays (National and Festive) recognition and parental leave policies\nLearning & Development fund to support your continuous learning journey and professional development\nFun events to build culture across the organization\nFlexible benefit plans for tax exemptions (i.e. Meal card, PF, etc.)\nOur Commitment to Inclusion and Belonging\nObserve.AI is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
