Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager.\nJob Descriptions:\nProvide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.\nPerform Level 2 of production support\nPerform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.\nUnderstand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.\nPerform application health check and monitoring\nJob Requirements:\n Required to work on shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off.
