Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.\nPerform Level 2 and 3 of production support\nPerform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.\nUnderstand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.\nPerform enhancement and defect fixing at code level.\nManage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks\nWork closely with users to understand their needs & issues.\nJob Requirements:\nApplication Technical Support on either of the following:\nApplications based on Java technology and WebLogic/ Websphere/ JBoss OR\nApplications based on .NET technology and Microsoft IIS\nPlatform Knowledge on Linux/ UNIX OR Windows Server.\nDatabase knowledge on MS SQL OR Oracle database.\nKnowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.\n24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis.\nMinimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.\nPleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive and team player.\nAble to work with cross border colleagues.\nA choice to work at Menara OCBC or Cyberjaya\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
