You will be at the forefront of this transformational platform, assisting our business and technology stakeholders take advantage of OCBC growing set of features and services to run their application workloads.\nWhat you do\nDay-to-day operations and technical support for OpenShift/k8s, Redis, and Kafka infrastructure\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, applying problem-solving and analytical skills\nPerform capacity planning, resource optimization, and security best practices\nProvide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams\nMonitor and troubleshoot OpenShift/Kafka/Redis infrastructure and application issues\nImplement and maintain monitoring and alerting for OpenShift/Kafka/Redis clusters\nSupport Cloud Middleware services in a 24/7 operations environment, including permanent nights and day shifts, weekends, and holidays.\nRequire rotational permanent Night Shift or Day shift. \nWho you work with\nGroup Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experience, with a focus on innovation and transformation.\nWho you are\nDegree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Red Hat OpenShift, Kafka, or Redis technologies\nKnowledge of client-server, 3-tier architecture web applications, and distributed systems\nSystem administration experience with troubleshooting OS, application logs, and knowledge of networking, storage, etc.\nA good team player with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues\nExposure to Bash scripting, Python, Ansible, and GitOps\nWillingness to cross-learn and adapt to new technologies\nPreferred to possess the following:\nCertified in any of these technologies (OpenShift/K8s, Kafka & Redis).\n5 years’ experience in managing container platforms, application services, cloud technologies e.g. VMWare, Apache Kafka, Redis, and OpenShift/Kubernete\nDemonstrate strong knowledge in technology infrastructure domain such as virtual server technologies, networking, internet protocols, scripting & observability (ELK).\nHands-on experience with Observability stack/tool like ELK, Grafana.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
