Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.\nYour Opportunity Starts Here.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nGenerate business and credit related data to perform business analysis and prepare for insightful decision\n\nDevelop and maintain key performance indicators using data-driven approach to measure and drive the success of initiatives, perform analyses with actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to senior management\n\nBe a subject matter expert in data to support the increasing demands from business and requests from other divisions and regulatory.\n\nStreamline and automate internal process to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics processes are in place\n\nDevelop advanced analytics, with AI and machine learning capability, to streamline existing process and improve sales momentum\n\nProvide regular reports and progress updates to management on a timely basis and work closely with relevant functions (both internal & external parties) to meet the required deadline\n\nPrepare regular MI reports to facilitate business performance monitoring\n\nPerform ad-hoc duties and projects whenever required. This includes research, problem solving or additional support for the team\n\nGenerate data and provide assistance in internal and external regulatory, control review and portfolio health check\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nUniversity graduate with degree in computer science or business-related discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Financial / Banking industries\n\nProficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Access\n\nStrong programming and coding skill especially SAS, Python, VBA, SQL and building dashboard by using PowerBI or any equivalent tools would be an advantage\n\nStrong data engineering, extraction, mining, and process automation capabilities\n\nGood knowledge of visual analytics capability through interactive dashboard design and development\n\nSelf-motivated, strong initiative, and attention to details\n\nGood knowledge of general banking operation\n\nGood analytical and communication skills\n\nStrong ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environment\n\nStrategic mindset and logical thought process\n\nFlexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time\n\nProficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
