Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.\nYour Opportunity Starts Here.\nData & AI Programme Manager (VP)\nROLE PURPOSE\nWe are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Data & AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group.\nThis role will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.\nEstablish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.\nDrive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.\nManage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.\nPartner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.\nDrive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.\nManage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.\n10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.\nExperience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.\nStrong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.\nPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
