The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins and SonarQube ensuring they are always up-to-date, secure and compliant with internal and external standards.\nWhat you do\nTool Administration & Maintenance:\nAdminister and maintain all DevOps tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins, Ansible Automation Platform, and SonarQube.\n\nEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of these platforms.\n\nUpgrades & Patch Management:\nPlan and execute regular upgrades and patches for all tools and underlying infrastructure.\n\nEnsure tools are running on non-vulnerable versions and platforms and are free from known security issues.\n\nCompliance & Security:\nMonitor and enforce compliance with bank standard policies and industry standards.\n\nImplement security best practices across all tools and ensure audit readiness.\n\nAutomation & Optimization:\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts for tool configuration, deployment, and monitoring.\n\nOptimize tool usage and workflows to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.\n\nMonitoring &.Troubleshooting:\nSet up proactive monitoring and alerting for tool health and performance.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool integration, performance, and access.\n\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing:\nMaintain comprehensive documentation for tool configurations, upgrade procedures, and compliance checks.\n\nConduct training sessions and workshops for development and operations teams\n\nWho you are\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n\nMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and tool administration.\n\nStrong expertise in:\nJira, Bitbucket, Confluence\n\nNexus Repository Manager\n\nJenkins CI/CD\n\nAnsible\n\nSonarQube\n\nProven experience in managing upgrades and ensuring secure, compliant tool versions.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\n\nExperience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy, etc.)\n\nCertifications in DevOps, Redhat would be an added advantage.\n\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferable.\n\nWho we are\nAs Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
