Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.\nYour Opportunity Starts Here.\nProject Planning & Governance\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and risk assessments.\nEnsure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal processes.\nProject Delivery & Execution\nLead end to end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality output, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.\nCoordinate and manage internal teams (local and regional) and external vendors/partners to ensure flawless project execution.\nOversee project procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, contract management, and Scope of Work (SOW) development.\nManage and track all project changes, risks, and issues with appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including WBS, RAID logs, and deliverable sign offs across all milestones.\nStakeholder & Team Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across business units and technology teams.\nProvide timely and transparent project status updates, including executive level reporting.\nLead, motivate, and manage project team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are well managed and outcomes are achieved.\nPerformance Monitoring & Closure\nMonitor and report on project performance against key success metrics (scope, schedule, cost, quality).\nConduct project post implementation reviews and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement.\nEnsure successful transition of project deliverables to BAU/support teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.\nMinimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with a strong track record in banking or financial services technology delivery.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and technology ecosystems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.\nStrong organizational capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross functional and multi disciplinary teams.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello).\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
