Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.\nYour Opportunity Starts Here.\nATM BASE24 Lead Engineer\nPosition Summary : We are seeking an experienced ATM BASE24 Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of mission-critical ATM and electronic payment switching platforms based on the ACI BASE24 solution.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, driving strategic enhancements, supporting business initiatives, and leading a team of engineers in delivering high-quality payment processing services.\nKey Responsibilities:-\nTechnical Leadership\nLead the development, implementation, and support of ATM and payment-switching solutions using ACI BASE24.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.\nDefine technical standards, best practices, and operational procedures.\nReview solution designs, code changes, and deployment plans.\nApplication Development & Support\nDesign, develop, and maintain BASE24 applications and custom enhancements.\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nSupport ATM transaction processing, authorization, reconciliation, and settlement functions.\nPerform impact assessments and effort estimations for new change requests.\nProduction Support\nProvide Level 3 support for production incidents and critical system issues.\nTroubleshoot transaction processing failures and performance-related issues.\nCoordinate incident resolution with infrastructure, network, vendors, and business teams.\nParticipate in On-Call support and major incident management activities.\nProject Delivery\nLead project implementation activities, including requirement analysis, design, testing, and deployment.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams.\nSupport system upgrades, migration initiatives, and platform modernization efforts.\nEnsure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport risk assessments, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity activities.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in ATM and electronic payment systems.\nStrong hands-on experience with ACI BASE24-Classic / BASE24-EPS.\nExperience in ATM transaction processing and payment switching environments.\nProficiency in HP NonStop (Tandem) systems.Strong knowledge of: TACL, TAL, COBOL, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/MP\n\nExperience with ISO 8583 messaging standards.\nStrong troubleshooting and production support experience.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in banking or financial services environments.\nKnowledge of card management systems, debit/credit card processing, and payment networks.\nExperience with ATM driving, interchange connectivity, and switch integrations.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, automation, and monitoring tools.\nExperience leading regional or geographically distributed teams.\nKey Competencies\nTechnical Leadership\nProblem Solving and Root Cause Analysis\nStakeholder Management\nProject Delivery\nRisk and Change Management\nCommunication and Collaboration\nCustomer Focus\nSeniority Level : Lead Engineer / Technical Lead\nIndustry : Banking, Financial Services, Payments Technology\nKeywords: ACI BASE24, BASE24-eps, ATM Switching, HP Non-Stop, Tandem, ISO 8583, Electronic Payments, ATM Transaction Processing, Payment Systems, Banking Technology, Technical Lead.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
