We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team for OSPL IT Engineering department. As the Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project on Equity Backoffice Application.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist the technical team in the planning, design, and execution of the Margin Migration and other Project.\nCollaborate with cross-functional (Business Solution, Project manager, Business users such as Finance, Risk, Operation and dealers to gather requirements and define project objectives.\nDevelop and implement technical strategies and solutions to ensure a smooth migration process.\nProvide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.\nConduct regular progress meetings and report project status to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices related to margin systems and technologies.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of margin systems.\nProvide technical expertise and support during user acceptance testing and post-migration activities.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years Backoffice Application Support Experience on Local/Foreign Exchanges for Equity markets.\nSound knowledge of Financial Markets products and Order Management Flows. Independent, proactive and demonstrate 'can-do' mentality.\nAbility to work under pressure and deliver excellent results.\nPreferable to have application knowledge on NovaCAS, Margin and Control-m.\nProven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in margin migration projects.\nStrong knowledge of Security house, margin systems, processes, and technologies.\nPreferable have knowledge in supporting Windows, Unix, and Oracle systems.\nDeep Knowledge of Unix scripting, Control M Scheduler, crystal reports, PLSQL and SQL language with common database platforms such as SQL Server and Oracle\nKnowledge and experience with DevOps practice and tools (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence, Junit, and Jenkins etc.) is a plus.
