You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and develop software applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success.\nWhat you do\nUnderstand functional, migration, security and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design and user interface design.\n\nManage and support the project design repository and system environments\n\nComply with the technical architecture and technical standards.\n\nDesign and integrate system components: screens, reports, interfaces, automated processes.\n\nDesign programming work units and supervise programming activities.\n\nDesign logical and physical databases.\n\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for accountable IT systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.\n\nMonitor and proactively respond to system alerts, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.\n\nCollaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues, manage service level agreements, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.\n\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring the availability and recoverability of accountable IT systems in the event of a disruption.\n\nPrepare or/and perform system test planning and execution tasks.\n\nInvestigate design issues, documenting and analyzing change requests, and resolving system test and user acceptance test issues.\n\nDevelop procedures, training and documentation for computer operations, ensuring end-users have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the IT systems.\n\nSupport regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.\n\nSupport business to develop user manual (System User Guide).\n\nHelp train end-users.\n\nPerform migration, roll-out, and conversion planning and execution tasks.\n\nMonitor the system once it has been converted to production status.\n\nReview unit test cases, test data, expected results and log review defects.\n\nReview unit test cases based on the test cases review checklist.\n\nSign off the unit testing upon completion of review for all test cases.\n\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.\n\nProficient in Linux, Windows Server, MQ, and shell scripting.\n\nKnowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nSolid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD technologies. e.g. Git, Jenkins.\n\nDomain knowledge of ATM, card systems, and/or channel applications is a plus.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical end-users effectively.\n\nGood command of both English and Chinese.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.\n\nProven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to critical IT systems.\n\nDetail-oriented mindset, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nManage vendor selection, performance, and relationships to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.\n\nProfessional certifications related to project management are a plus.\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive base salary.
